The Virtual Grief Circle™ | Community Call
Overview
This is your one-time free invitation to experience what it’s like to move through grief in community — guided by a certified somatic healing practitioner.
Grief can feel heavy, confusing, and lonely — but it doesn’t have to stay that way. In this Virtual Grief Circle, we’ll explore how to hold the weight of loss and make space for moments of lightness, laughter, and connection along the way.
Through somatic practices, movement, breath, and reflection, you’ll learn to embrace the unknown, soften into what’s real, and find calm even when life feels like it’s shifting beneath you.
If you’re ready to feel supported, find meaning, and rediscover the spark of joy that still lives within your grief — this circle is for you.
Led by a somatic grief and trauma expert, this session will help you:
- Release emotional and physical tension through transformative somatic practices
- Find grounding and inner peace during times of change and loss
- Build resilience and cultivate emotional strength in the face of uncertainty
- Connect with a supportive community who understands and honors your grief
- Empower yourself with tools to navigate grief in a compassionate, healing way

" Unlike traditional talk therapy, Jillian's approach has provided me with a level of grounding and comfort that I never thought possible. She has an uncanny ability to bring me into the present moment, allowing me to fully embrace and appreciate the here and now. Through her guidance, I have not only found solace but also a deeper connection with my inner self."
"This was so helpful in allowing me to feel more connected to my grandma and not be so in the shock of how she died. I wasn't able to connect with the good and her spirit before and I think the movement also allowed space for that to be possible."
"One of the most awe-inspiring experiences I've had working with Jillian is reconnecting with a beloved Mother whom I had lost. Her guidance enabled me to establish a profound connection with her."
“Working with Jillian has truly transformed my mental and spiritual well-being. It was undoubtedly the greatest decision I've made for my overall health. From the moment I started my sessions with her, I noticed a profound shift within myself. Jillian possesses an extraordinary gift as a spiritual guide and coach, and her impact on my life has been nothing short of remarkable."
