What is The Values Lab?

  • Greenhouse for Growth: a warm, safe space where your strengths and values take root and flourish.
  • Compass for Direction: helping you navigate relationships, choices, and challenges with clarity.
  • Life Laboratory: a place to experiment, share, and grow with others who want more from life.

How Much Time Do I Need to Invest?

Each session is just 2 hours, filled with:

• Hands-on group + individual activities

• Real conversations

• Restorative/relaxation yoga

• Sharing reflections and realizations

• (Maybe) a little ecstatic dance, depending on the mood of the group 🎶

Each session is standalone. Join one, two, or all seven.

Why try The Values Lab?

The atmosphere? Supportive like a circle of old friends, energizing like your favorite playlist, grounding like warm tea in your hands.

By the end, you’ll feel it in your body: a new clarity humming through you, like the afterglow of a sunrise. You’ll walk out lighter, steadier, and a better version of yourself, with a community that keeps you lifted through thick and thin

Meet Your Host, Jay:
Jayadvaita grew up in Northern India, blending fun, freedom, and just enough discipline. After 20 years in Australia, he recently moved to the U.S. to join his wife, embracing a new chapter.

With a First-Class Degree in Mining Engineering from the Western Australian School of Mines, he realized a conventional career wasn’t enough—his true passion lies in serving society. A self-proclaimed ambivert, he balances deep reflection with meaningful connections, sharing his love for mindful living and reducing our happiness footprint on the planet.

Having survived near-death experiences, won a legal battle for his family, and traveled to 25 countries, Jayadvaita could write a book—but instead, he journals, meditates, practices yoga, and even slacklines. Rooted in Vedic teachings and global experiences, he embraces simplicity, letting go of excess, and fostering personal growth.

Now, he’s on a mission to build a community of authenticity, service, and adventure—helping others break free from self-doubt and over-analysis to live with purpose and joy.
