The Values Compass: Chart Your Year Around What Matters Most
Overview
This IAP, the Women's League is offering a series of workshops centered on professional development. We hope you'll join us!
Start the year with clarity and focus. This 1-hour interactive workshop helps participants identify the personal values that shape their best decisions - at work and in life. Through reflective exercises, you’ll explore what matters most to you and how those values can inform meaningful choices in the year ahead. You’ll leave with a clearer sense of direction, greater confidence, and a personalized “values compass” to guide how you approach 2026.
