THE UNWEAVING: A Somatic-Hypnotic Ecstatic Passage into the New Year
Overview
On the final night of 2025, we gather in a small, intimate circle to soften the old threads of the year and create true space for what wants to grow in 2026.
The Unweaving is a gentle but powerful three-part ceremony blending somatic hypnosis, ecstatic movement, and embodied intention-planting.
We begin in circle, arrive through breath and presence, unwind the “weeds” that have taken root, and open the body to possibility.
Movement becomes the unwinding; trance becomes the planting; the closing circle becomes the anchor.
This evening is created for those who want a quiet, embodied, deeply felt transition into the new year.
Who This Is For
This ceremony is for you if you desire a year-end transition that feels:
• slow
• embodied
• ceremonial
• intimate
• authentic
• nervous-system supportive
No prior experience with dance, hypnosis, or somatic work is What to Expect
Circle Arrival
A grounded opening with somatic hypnosis to welcome you into safety, presence, and body-based awareness.
This is where we identify what’s ready to be loosened and released.
Ecstatic Unwinding
A guided movement journey that lets the body clear out the density of the year.
No choreography. No performance. Only instinct, rhythm, and breath.
Seed Planting
A trance-based intention ritual where your 2026 seeds arise from sensation—not pressure, not force, not mental effort.
Closing Circle
We end together, anchored and bright, carrying forward what is true.
