The Unity Suite Album Listening Party

Join us for an album listening session for drummer/composer Dr. Mark Lomax II's latest recording, The Unity Suite. The Unity Suite premiered to a sold-out audience at the Wexner Center for Arts in October. The studio recording will be officially released in January 2026.

If you are a fan of jazz, the blues and the music of the Black Church, then you don't want to miss this event. Dr. Lomax will be joined by local artist/educator Adoria Maxberry of Most Outgrowing LLC for a lively conversation around the inspiration behind the music.

Arrive early and also view the work of local young artist Madison Scruggs exhibit, Silent Screams currently on display at Elementz. Madison's art is also currently on display in the US Capitol after winning a congressional art competition for Ohio's 1st District. You can learn more about the winning piece here.

This event is FREE and open to the public. However, due to limited capacity, RSVP is required.
