Join us for an exclusive three-night paranormal experience as we kick off ghost hunting season in unforgettable style! Your ticket grants you full access to three nights of investigation at three historic locations! Bring your air mattresses, bedding, flashlights, and any investigation equipment you'd like - make yourself at home and prepare for epic spooky fun! You'll have the opportunity to explore all three locations alongside Tory, Stephanie, Josh Heard! What sets this event apart is the freedom it offers: there is no set end time for your invesigation and no itenerary to follow. You are welcome to explore as long as you'd like, how you'd like and rest when you're ready. Each location will feature the owners of all three locations. They will be available to explore with from 7:00 PM until 2:00 AM. Due to the extended nature of this event, which encompasses three full overnight periods rather than traditional event hours, owners will not be expected to explore with you before 7:00 PM or after 2:00 AM. Some owners may be available outside of those hours but it will be at the discretion of the owner and not a requirement. Please be aware that this is a public investigation, and other ticket holders may choose to continue their activities after you've decided to rest. While you are welcome to remain on-site overnight, those seeking uninterrupted sleep may consider booking nearby accommodations, such as an Airbnb, at their own expense.

ROUGH AGENDA

The event begins at Sleeper Mortuary (110 N. Washington, Iola, KS) on May 15, 2026, with doors opening at 3:00 PM. A temporary door code will be provided to all attendees, allowing you to enter and exit the building at your convenience throught the event. Please do not share your door code with anyone. The morning of May 16, 2026, we'll regroup and head to McInteer Villa (1301 Kansas Ave, Atchison, KS) to continue the adventure with another full night of investigation. The following morning of May 17, 2026, we will make our way to Malvern Manor (103 E. 3rd Street, Malvern, IA). The event concludes at Malvern Manor on May 18, 2026 at 10 AM. Once the doors open and check-in is complete, a guided tour will be offered to those interested. Feel free to start investigating whenever you would like but be aware that we may interupt if there are ticket holders that want a tour.

Malvern Manor

Josh Heard is the man you will meet if you book Malvern Manor in Malvern, Iowa! This 10,000 square foot building was orginally built around 1870 as a hotel serving travelers arriving by railroad. Eventually it went by the name The Cottage Hotel and ran as such up until the 1950's. The building was then converted into a nursing home and later a care facility for adults with mental illness, developmental disabilities, and addiction issues. The building was eventually shut down in 2005 due to health/safety concerns and code violations. If you put an astrick by your name at checkout, you will be entered to win a free overnight at the location of your choice. There have been over 200 documented deaths on property. Many visitors report unexplained voices, footsteps, moving objects, shadow figures, and temperature changes.

McInteer Villa

Stephanie O'Rielly is the beautiful face of this stately historic mansion! McInteer Villa is a sprawling 5,000 square foot haunted estate built in 1889 by John McInteer. John was an Irish immigrant who became a successful harness and saddle maker. It remained occupied by The McInteers and extended family of the McInteers until around 1925. It was then a boarding house until Isobel "Goldie" Altus purchased the home in 1952. It was privately owned until Stephanie purchased it in 2018. There have been 9 documented deaths on property. There have been numerous documented instances of EVPs, disembodied voices, shadow figures, footsteps, black mists, and much more.

Sleeper Mortuary

Tory Westhoff is the owner of the newly opened Sleeper Mortuary. Sleeper Mortuary is a 15,000 square foot, tri-level building that served as a funeral home from 1886 until 1998. Sleeper Furniture and Undertakings was originally built in 1886 by Lyman Sleeper. The current building was built in 1920 on the same location after the orginal burned down in 1915. After it served as a funeral home, it transitioned to a coed style dorm that lasted approximately 3 months. The college occupants left due to paranormal activity. It served as several different businesses until it became privately owned in 2018. It opened as a paranoramal location in January of 2025. There have been 2,700 documented funerals and lie in states. Sleeper Mortuary features disembodied voices, EVP's, shadow figures, disembodied whistling, and more.

RULES THAT NOBODY LIKES BUT ARE A NECESSARY EVIL:

--Attendees are responsible for their own transportation between locations and all meals/snacks/drinks throught the event.

--The drive between each location is roughly 2-2.5 hours.

--Live streaming is permitted - just be courteous and ensure that those around you are aware you are filming.

--Alcohol is not permitted at this event.

--You are expected to c onduct yourself appropriately. We are at liberty to ask you to leave for any reason, without refund.

--No open flames are allowed at any of the locations. All sources of light must be battery operated.

--Smoking is allowed outside only in designated smoking areas.
