🌑 The Unbreakable Threads Healing Circle is a 6.5-hour guided group experience designed to support emotional, spiritual, and physical restoration in a way that feels safe, embodied, and deeply personal.
It’s not therapy — but it is deeply therapeutic. And it’s not just a gathering — it’s a soul-level reset, followed by a dedicated 2-hour one on one live integration session to help everything land in your body, your life, and your nervous system booked - within next 60 days with one of our facilitators.
What’s Included In Your Ticket:
🌱 A 6.5-Hour Healing Circle in an intimate, trauma-informed container where you can actually go there — grieve, unravel, feel, reconnect — without the pressure to perform or fix anything.
🌙 Facilitated Practices grounded in nervous system regulation, group presence, and soulful reflection, so that you’re not just talking about healing — you’re experiencing it in real time.
🌀 A 2-Hour Live Integration Session (held within the following 2 months), where you’ll come back to reflect, process, and gently move what emerged during the circle into your everyday life.
💞 A Non-Judgmental Community Space, where you’re welcomed exactly as you are, no matter your age, background, belief system, or how “put together” you feel.
🎁 Optional Journal Prompts, Embodiment Tools, and Resources to carry your insights beyond the circle, at your own pace.

Most therapy sessions are 45–50 minutes long. That’s less than one hour to build trust, drop your guard, touch your pain, and attempt a breakthrough.
