The Ultimate Weekend: Mayhem Jouvert

By purchasing a ticket, entering, or attending the Event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk: I understand that attending a public event includes inherent risks including injury, illness (including COVID-19), and exposure to various conditions. I voluntarily assume all such risks associated with attending.

2. Waiver of Liability: I hereby release and hold harmless the Prezzy Promotions, Root Culture LLC, their directors, officers, agents, employees, contractors, vendors, and volunteers from all claims, demands, damages, losses, or liabilities (including attorney’s fees) that may arise from my attendance, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

3. Personal Conduct: I agree to comply with all posted and communicated event rules. I understand that disorderly, disruptive, or unlawful behavior may result in my removal without refund.

4. Photo/Video Release: I understand and agree that my likeness may be captured in photos or video recordings during the event, and I grant Prezzy Promotions and its partners permission to use such media for marketing and promotional purposes without compensation.

5. No Liability for Personal Property: I understand that Prezzy Promotions and Root Culture LLC, are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

By entering the Event grounds, I confirm I have read, understood, and agree to this waiver of liability.
