The Twisted Leprechaun 2024

Join Marti Parti’s second ever Twisted Leprechaun Event, March 15-17th! There is only a small number of tickets available so be sure to get them quickly! 

Early Bird Pricing till January 1st, 2024 is $100, Regular Pricing till March 1st, 2024 is $125, and Late Pricing till March 10th, 2024 is $150.

Holy Shit I Forgot Pricing till March 14th, 2024 is $200. 

Just Meet and Greet tickets $10. Just Parti tickets (limited number available) are $50. Just Open Space tickets are $30. 

There are payment plans available, as well as limited volunteer and scholarship slots. The sooner you reach out about volunteering/scholarships, the better.

Below are some details, but complete information will be sent in a welcome email after you purchase tickets. 

Location will be emailed once you buy tickets. If you need a general location for planning before purchasing, please reach out. 

Water, soda and light snacks will be provided. Potluck items are welcomed at all parts of the weekend, with an emphasis on Friday’s meet and greet and Sunday’s open space. 

There is a discord server for attendees to connect prior to the event, please message for an invitation. There is also a 3 hour meet and greet (8p-11p) Friday night before the intensive. Plus the [Marti Parti Fetlife Group][https://fetlife.com/groups/225302]. 

Timeline

Friday 

8p -11p: Meet and Greet Potluck. NO play is allowed during this event. This is strictly a social event. 

Saturday 

11a - 12p: Check In

12p - 1:30p: Class 1 (A and B)

1:45p - 3:15p: Class 2 (A and B)

3:30p - 5p:  Class 3 (A and B) 

5:15p - 6:45p: Class 4 (A and B) 

7p: Dinner Break (on your own) 

9p - 1a: Parti Time!

Sunday

11a - 3p: Open Space- come work on skills you learned, finish up conversations, and/or start gentle landings

Photo Policy 

• We will have an event photographer 
• PLEASE ask a staff member if you have any questions. 

Venue Policy 

• Do NOT Share the Location 
• Must be street legal coming and going. 
• Be aware of noise levels outside the venue. 

Parking Policy 

• There is a small free lot attached to the venue. There is also street parking and paid lots. 

Public Transportation 

• The MFL, BSL, and many buses will get you to within a 15 minute walk.

• If you find yourself in economic hardship but would like to come, please reach out.

COVID Policy 

• This event will adhere to all gathering restrictions in the state of Pennsylvania and will do their best to adhere to all CDC recommendations within the limitations of the space. 
• Vaccinations are mandatory. Must be fully vaccinated before March 1st, 2024. 
• Must be boosted if you completed the main vaccine series 8+ months ago (July 2023). 
• Attendees are encouraged to wear PPE as needed for their own safety and comfort.
