The TummyTime!™ Method Baby PLAY Class

Join Anne Bry SLP, COM and Bailey Boraas OTR/L to learn tricks and tools for calming PLAY with your baby. This class is for all parents - 1st time or experienced - and their precrawling infants, 4 weeks and older.

These classes will help you and your child by decreasing the stress of tummy time, build community and friendships, and social engagement.

Tummy time is the time baby spends lying on his or her tummy. Parents and baby are interacting together during this floor time activity. Other tummy time positions: lying on parent's chest, over arm or lap, propped on an infant approved pillow and babywearing.

The TummyTime!™ Method is an evidence informed therapeutic program designed to support health, posture, movement, and connection for all babies; it can also treat oral motor dysfunction, postural asymmetries, digestive difficulties, and autonomic dysregulation.
