You should have some relevant technical information for your resume, such as education, portfolio/project, volunteer work, internship, or experience.
WHY: The purpose of this event is to prepare women for the anticipated increase in job opportunities in the fall. This uptick in hiring and recruitment is called “September Surge”. The "September Surge" is a recognized phenomenon where employers typically increase their hiring efforts, aiming to fill positions by the end of the year to meet business objectives and utilize remaining budgets.
