Authentic Haitian Cuisine – Enjoy a full-course meal featuring traditional dishes such as Traditional and savorous Haitian Pumkin Soup, diri ak djon djon (black mushroom rice), Chictay,akra and sweet Haitian desserts like pain patate (sweet potato pudding), poulet negre marron /black chicken/Lambbi creole / Carribean conch . A variety of beverages, including Haitian rum punch, fruit punch, Macedoine de fruits, Cremas or and fresh juices, will be available and unlimited!

🎶 Live Entertainment – Experience the lively beats of kompa and Troubadou performed by our own talented Haitian Violinist Sarah Bazile. There will also be traditional and popular Haitian songs celebrating Haitian artistry and rhythm.
