Authentic Haitian Cuisine – Enjoy a full-course meal featuring traditional dishes such as Traditional Haitian Pumkin Soup, Diri ak djon djon (black mushroom rice), Chictay, Akra, and more. For our sweet tooth lovers, enjoy Haitian desserts such as Pain patate (sweet potato pudding), Poulet negre marron (blackened chicken), Lambbi creole (Carribean conch). Lastly, a variety of beverages will be served including traditional Haitian rum punch, Fruit punch, Macedoine de fruits, Cremas, and fresh juices will be available and unlimited!
