What to Expect

​We'll begin by gathering in ceremony, setting intentions, and drinking ceremonial-grade cacao - a heart-opening plant medicine that helps us drop into deeper connection with ourselves. As the cacao works through your body, you'll be guided into a restorative sound bath, where healing frequencies will wash over you, inviting release and renewal.
