Join us for a weekly breathwork journey designed to support your nervous system, emotional clarity, and inner connection. Whether you're looking to release stress, build resilience, or simply find a moment of peace, this class offers a space to pause, reset, and come home to yourself.
Each session includes guided breath awareness, intentional breathing patterns, and gentle mindfulness practices to help you regulate from within and carry more ease into your week.
