What should I bring?

-A yoga mat, blanket, or towel to sit/lay on -Water bottle -Sunscreen or hat for sun protection -An open heart and readiness to pause ?

What happens if it rains?

We keep an eye on the forecast and will email all registered attendees at least 2 hours in advance if the event is canceled or rescheduled due to weather. Most events will be rescheduled for a new date—sometimes outside of the standard Sunday/Wednesday rhythm (e.g., a Saturday morning or weekday eve

Are events accessible?

Events are held in public parks with variable terrain. We aim to choose flat, grassy, or shaded areas that are easy to access by foot. Please feel free to reach out via Eventbrite or Instagram if you have specific accessibility questions or needs—we’re happy to accommodate however we can.

Can I come late or leave early?

You're welcome to join quietly if you arrive late, but we do recommend arriving a few minutes early to settle in. Please let us know in advance if you need to leave early so the space can be held respectfully.
