This event is 21 and over. Any ticket holder unable to present valid identification indicating that they are at least 21 years of age will not be admitted to this event, and will not be eligible for a refund.

The Promontory is ADA accessible. Upon arrival, please call our box office at (312) 801–2100 for elevator access. A team member will meet you and guide you to our ADA entrance. For seating assistance, let the box office know — we’re happy to help.

We love our community and we welcome everyone to the venue! But we do reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone not dressed appropriately.

Thong Slippers, Crocs, Tank Tops/Jerseys (Unless Themed Event), Slides, or Ski Masks.
