Is this event Disability Accessible?

Yes! The Centre Dufferin Recreation Complex is an accessible space. Our event is on the main floor in the full sized ice hockey area.

Is there Food & Drinks on site?

There is a concession stand in the arena hosted by the Centre Dufferin Recreation Complex. Food and drinks will be available there on site, and we have partnered with a couple other local businesses to provide some discounts to event attendees in the town of Shelburne, ON too!

Is there Free Parking?

YES! Parking is accessible and made free for all attendees of the Convention!

Will there be safety staff in the arena?

In addition to our own staff, we have requested and confirmed the attendance of St. John Ambulance for our event date! They're be on site in and around the event date to provide assistance to the general public and to vendors & exhibitors alike!

Will there be Sports Card or TCG Grading on Site? Are there Collectible Authenticators on site?

TBA. ;)

How many vendors will be on site?

We are aiming for a maximum capacity of 215 Vendor Tables with 100+ Vendors and Exhibitors at our event. We'll be posting our partner, vendors and exhibitors on our social media page for ease of access to the Public to plan their day according in the weeks approaching the event date (June 21st 2025)

Are Kids/Children allowed free entry?

We are allowing Free Entry to any child under the age of 12 with the donation of a non-perishable food good. Donations and Non perishable food donations will be accepted in site by The Shelburne Food Bank / Shephard's Cupboard. Infants and parents of newborns are not required to pay for entry.

What sort of non-perishable foods will be accepted at the event by The Shelburne Food Bank?

✅Canned Goods: Soup, Tuna, Salmon, Ham, Fruit, Pasta Sauce, Tomatoes, Veggie, Corn, Pasta etc. ✅Boxed Goods: Hamburger Helper, Cereal, Potatoes, Crackers, Cookies, Pancake Mix, Pasta, etc. ✅Other Goods: Juice Boxes, Pancake Syrup, Ketchup, Mayonnaise, Tea, Hot Chocolate etc.

What Categories of Collectibles are there for the event date?

YES! We encourage that everyone brings their collectibles! Buying, trading, and selling to Vendors and Exhibitors and even among the attendees themselves is the heart of why we are bringing this community together! Please bring your collections to celebrate our Hobbies TOGETHER! ?
