Join us for The STRONG Reset, a wellness experience blending mindful movement, hands-on recovery, and community connection 🌙

Hosted at Strong Pilates Wellington West, this event includes a 45-minute Pilates-inspired class followed by a short health talk on regulating your nervous system with Dr. Mélodie de Haas, and finishes with a post-class social featuring:

• Complimentary Iced Matcha or Iced Latte from Undergrounds (select when purchasing ticket)

• Snacks to enjoy during the social hour
