Set in a calm, welcoming environment, this class blends dynamic and static stretches that target major muscle groups — ideal for both beginners and seasoned movers. Whether you’re coming to recover, relax, or prepare your body for performance, this session helps enhance posture, reduce stiffness, and leave you feeling refreshed. We will be meeting in room ESS1501 at Cuyahoga Community College Eastern Campus.
