The Stretch Sesh is a guided stretch and flexibility class designed to increase mobility, release tension, and improve overall body awareness. Set in a calm, welcoming environment, this class blends dynamic and static stretches that target major muscle groups — ideal for both beginners and seasoned movers. Whether you’re coming to recover, relax, or prepare your body for performance, this session helps enhance posture, reduce stiffness, and leave you feeling refreshed.

Frequently asked questions

Where do I go when I get to Tri-C?

When you pull into the Tri-c (Eastern Campus) parking lot you will follow the signs leading you to LOT R3. You will be on the side of the ESS building closest to the fitness center. You will be able to see us outside in the grass field. If not, walk in the building and we will meet by room 2520.

What do I need?

Activewear, Tennis Shoes, Water Bottle, Yoga Matt & GREAT Attitude.
