The Still Point: Breath, Rest & Inner Peace for the Winter Solstice
Overview
On the Winter Solstice, gather with others to embrace the stillness of the longest night, using this moment of quiet and darkness to deepen your experience of renewal. The Still Point is the quiet place inside where one connects with their true self, distinct from the noise of thoughts, emotions, and external demands. It is often described as the pause or gap between the in-breath and the out-breath.
This dedicated space provides a refuge and incorporates a holistic range of relaxation methods, from restorative postures and pranayama to guided meditation and sound healing. Experience a restorative retreat designed to help you decompress, return to your natural state of being, and foster self-compassion.
Please wear comfy clothes, bring your most loved mug for the provided herbal tea, materials to journal, a yoga mat, a willing heart, and an open mind. Doors Open 15 minutes before. Please arrive early to settle into the space.
Available in-person and via Livestream.
