In this fun and interactive session, kids will get excited to track their health at home with you, turning journaling into a daily ritual they actually look forward to. Together, you’ll learn how to use the free Folia health app alongside their journal — because painting a picture of their health story can be as simple as adding a few stickers a day.Take the first step toward noticing patterns, understanding eczema or allergy triggers, and building healthy habits — one sticker at a time.Plus, as a parent of a scratchy baby, we know what you really want are answers!
