• What types of programs have been most affected — housing, food insecurity, workforce development, healthcare, education?

• Can you share how you've seen organizations or others you work with have experienced direct or indirect funding losses?

• What are the ripple effects on communities served?

• How has this impated the labor market?

• Brief analysis on labor report end of 2024 vs. today

• How are nonprofits adapting? (e.g., diversifying funding, policy advocacy, downsizing)

• What should nonprofit leaders be doing now to prepare for further federal-level changes?
