Overview

Preparing Baseball Players for a Healthy and High-Performing Season

If you are a baseball player or a parent of a baseball player who wants to stay healthy, throw better, and avoid missing time this season, this workshop is for you.

Is your athlete throwing more but not training enough?

Are sore arms becoming normal?

Is your athlete strong enough to handle the season or just skilled enough to play?

Baseball injuries rarely happen from one bad throw. They build over time when strength training, arm care, and smart throwing progression are missing.

You do not have to hope your athlete stays healthy this season. With the right plan, players can throw harder, recover faster, and stay on the field.

This FREE workshop is designed for baseball players ages 13 to 17 and their parents who want a safer, stronger, and more successful season.

Who Is Leading the Workshop

Dr. Sebastian Bellitto will be leading this session.

He is a performance physical therapist who specializes in treating high level baseball players. He is also a former Division I pitcher and has coached and trained baseball athletes at multiple levels. He now works daily with youth, high school, and competitive baseball players focused on staying healthy and improving performance.

What You Will Learn

In this FREE workshop, you will learn:

• How baseball players should strength train during the season
• What real arm care looks like beyond band exercises
• How to safely build throwing volume
• Why many players break down mid-season
• Common mistakes that lead to elbow and shoulder pain
• What parents should watch for during the season
• How to improve durability and performance
• How to reduce injury risk without shutting down throwing

Bonus for Attendees

All attendees will receive the opportunity for a FREE injury screening or consultation with one of our Doctors of Physical Therapy.

This is your chance to ask questions, get individual guidance, and make sure your athlete is truly prepared for the season.
