How is the workshop structured?

The Lab is divided into three 2-hour virtual sessions. Between sessions, you’ll complete short assignments and share your work in a private Facebook group for feedback and support.

What if I can’t attend one of the sessions?

Attending all the sessions is important but  all sessions will be recorded and shared with registered participants in our private Facebook group, along with worksheets and resources so you can catch up anytime.

Will there be homework?

Yes—but it’s fun and practical! Each assignment helps you apply what you’ve learned, build momentum, and post content with intention.
