Join us for The Sleep Reset workshop! This workshop is for first-year Eastern Michigan University students who live on-campus only. You will learn about why sleep is so important for your mental health, physical health, and circadian rhythym. We will also discuss common things that prevent consistent, high quality sleep. Finally, we will discuss strategies to reduce or eliminate these things and create a plan to help improve your overall sleep.
