The Siposium + Scatter Joy: More Than a Word - a workshop on personal values and mental health

Description: Join us for a unique workshop focused on mental health at the Columbus Brewing Company Beer Hall. This event is all about diving deep into the topic of mental well-being and exploring ways to cultivate joy in our lives. Through interactive discussions and activities, we aim to spread positivity and empower each other to prioritize our mental health.

More Than a Word: A Workshop on Personal Values and Mental Health
Hosted by Zachariah Thompson, founder of The Scatter Joy Project, this interactive workshop invites attendees to slow down and reconnect with the personal values that shape how we live, love, and lead. In a world that moves fast and often leaves us stuck or burned out, this session offers space to reflect, reset, and reimagine what matters most. You'll walk away with more than inspiration—you'll leave with language for your values, tools to move through resistance, and clarity to recommit to the things that light you up.

While the event is free, Scatter Joy will be accepting donations to continue their work helping others. Learn more about their work here: https://thescatterjoyproject.com/

Our lectures provide the general public an engaging arena to learn, discuss, and dissect topical issues or areas of interest with others curious about the same topic. It's like listening to NPR... live... with discussion and dissection.
