Do I need experience with yoga, EFT, or breathwork?

Not at all. All practices are guided and beginner-friendly. You’ll be supported every step of the way.

What should I bring?

A yoga mat, a water bottle, and an open heart. We’ll provide a guided workbook.

Is this a workout or a workshop?

It's more of an experience: a blend of movement, mindset work, journaling, and energetic release to help you reconnect with your power and take action.
