A Breath-Led Journey Through Healing
You don’t need to talk your way through everything.
Some wounds live in the body. And some healing begins with breath.
This 4-week guided journey combines the science of breathwork with the depth of psychotherapy to help you reconnect with your body, shift emotional patterns, and release what you’ve been holding — gently, safely, and sustainably.
Led by a Registered Psychotherapist and Naturopathic Doctor, this four-part, trauma-informed program that combines science-backed breathwork with trauma-informed support.
What You’ll Get:
- A full digital workbook with guided reflections, psychoeducation, and integration tools
- Weekly live sessions (virtual or in-person, depending on location)
- Breathwork journeys designed to regulate, reconnect, and release

Program Overview
Module 1: Repatterning Breath
Learn how stress, trauma, and conditioning shape our breathing patterns — and how to gently re-train your breath for calm, connection, and resilience.
Module 2: Shifting States
Use breath to map and navigate your nervous system, learning how to return to regulation and safety when life feels overwhelming.
Module 3: Connecting Within
Explore the emotional body and discover how conscious breathing becomes a bridge between mind and heart, helping you process emotions instead of suppressing them.
Module 4: Coming Home
Experience a guided therapeutic breathwork journey to surface and release what’s been held. This module brings it all together — insight, embodiment, and transformation.
This program is for you if:

- You find it difficult to relax, feel, or stay grounded in your body
- You’ve tried therapy, but want a more experiential, body-based approach

Each week builds on the last — from correcting dysfunctional breathing patterns, to using the breath to shift your state, to connecting with emotion, and finally, releasing held trauma through a full breathwork journey.

Yes. This series is facilitated by a Registered Psychotherapist and a Naturopathic Doctor. Most extended health plans will cover all or part of the cost under psychotherapy or naturopathic services.
Not at all. This series is designed to guide you step-by-step — from foundational breath awareness to deep, transformational breathwork.
Breathwork is generally safe but may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical or psychiatric conditions. A health screening form will be provided after registration to ensure this practice is right for you.
This is a psychotherapy-informed approach that blends nervous system education, conscious connected breathing, and trauma-aware integration practices.
Please bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, and anything else that will help you feel comfortable lying down (e.g. blanket, eye mask, pillow). Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
