The Shape of Feelings

By UAL-wide Academic Support

Overview

Come along to chat about feeling while making shapes in clay.

Studies show that tactile stimulation can help manage symptoms of anxiety, stress and improve focus and thought. In this workshop modelled on art therapy, we will use clay to explore the forms and shapes our feelings might take, and practice vulnerability. All are welcome to talk about events in our lives, seek advice, share experiences, etc.
