This introductory online workshop in shamanism is based on the classic work of anthropologist Michael Harner. The workshop introduces Core Shamanism, a powerful methodology consisting of the common and universal features of shamanism that are not culturally-specific. The online format of the workshop is convenient, accessible, and effective.
The workshop focuses on the shamanic journey: a remarkable visionary practice used to access non-ordinary reality for healing, problem solving, obtaining knowledge, and building spiritual power. Aided by shamanic drumming, a safe and effective means of altering consciousness, workshop participants will embark on shamanic journeys to explore other worlds and meet compassionate helping spirit teachers and power animals.

What to Expect
All FSS workshops and training programs are experiential, interactive, and participatory. They feature instruction and practice with shamanic methodologies, as well as journeywork, shamanic drumming, group sharing, and small group discussions.
Learning how to journey – medicine free and for as short or as long as you desire – is fundamental to developing your relationship with compassionate helping spirits. They will teach you how to lift the ego conditioning out of the way and see truth with every breath. This is an introductory workshop, and is followed by Shamanic Divination in Practice the following day, where you learn to create questions for the compassionate ones you learned to communicate with the day prior, as well as receive messages from nature. You can create the synchronicities you need to guide your life.
