About the Speaker

Mara Palmer, is the founder of The ElevateHR Project, LLC and creator of the proprietary SDEB Model™. With nearly two decades of experience leading people operations across HR strategy, compliance, employee engagement, and workplace culture, she currently serves as the HR Director for a local non profit organization.

Mara is a keynote speaker and consultant known for blending compliance-minded leadership with humor, heart, and actionable tools. She has served on the Board of Directors for PASCOHR and volunteers with SHRM at both the national and statewide levels, where she champions best practices in HR leadership.

Her mission is simple yet powerful: to build workplaces that truly work for people by redefining risk in human terms and creating cultures of empathy, engagement, and belonging.
