The Science of Sticking With It: How tiny Leads to BIG, Lasting Success
Overview
I get really excited for the beginning of the new year because it feels exciting and fresh...but then a few weeks into the year, it can feel hard to do anything.
Winter sets in, and I just want to curl up on the couch to binge-watch TV.
Is it just me, or do you experience that too?
It's not a bad thing if your goal is to rest, but it's not great if you want reach other goals.
This 4-week workshop series is designed to help you feel successful and make the changes you want to.
You'll Learn :
- why motivation isn't what's needed for successful behavior change (and what's important instead)
- the behavior change equation (it's super easy!) Side note: When I learned it, it felt like a 1000 lb weight being lifted off my shoulders. I could hear myself think, "What?! You mean I wasn't the problem?! It was something in the recipe that was off?!" (I know, I know. You might be saying "Duh!!!", but hearing it shifted something in me.)
- how important celebrating is
- how to break goals into small behaviors
- how to figure out which behaviors will have the biggest impact (think of it like finding the lynch pin, or the first domino that sets everything else in motion)
And best of all, you'll get to practice what you've learned, share how it's going, and get support along the way.
By the end of the 4 weeks, you'll feel confident and empowered!
