The RunxClub

The RunxClub is part of CoolxDad's CoolxRun's program — a wellness initiative to bring fathers together to improve their physical and mental health and focus on their holistic well-being. We're hitting the White Oak Bayou Trail every Sunday 6:30 to 8 a.m. for a three- to five-mile run (you can choose your distance).

RunxClub members are automatically invited to CoolxRuns in the gym afterwards, where we offer professional massages, a pickup game, and other activities irregularly, including yoga and stretching led by a fitness instructor.

CoolxDad is a Houston-based nonprofit dedicated to uplifting all fathers of color striving to build a better world for their children and serve their communities. We're getting out & getting well.
