Stretch into the Younger Futhark - 6 Sessions for 16 Runes 10:00 - 11:30 am
Kari Tauring leads runic stretches that can be vigorous or simple. Following her work book, “The Runes: A Pandemic Journey: Moving into the Younger Futhark," Kari will lead breathing and stretching of each rune shape. Learn their names and hear the poetic lines about them from both Icelandic and Norwegian medieval poetry.
Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in easily.
Begins November 22 (Fe, Ur, and Thurs) : November 22
At the start of Jul season we take our herd animals inside, bolt doors against the wild ox and the Thurses, an Old Norse name for giants. Come stretch into these runes and their meanings for today’s busy world.
