Is there water and electricity?

The group site has shared water and (limited) shared electricity. Electricity is in the pavilion and there is one outlet. Bring your portable power if you must have continuous power. Yurts, premium RV and equestrian RV sites have water and electricity as well.

Are there bathrooms?

Yes, the tent space has a bathroom facility right at our camping area. The shower facilities are a short distance away from where we will be tent camping, I recommend a car ride or bike ride. Bathrooms/facilities are clean and modern.

Can I bring my bike, kayak, fishing poles?

Yes, yes and yes!  There are fishing holes, bike paths and lakes.  Kayaks, paddle boards and paddle boats are available to rent as well.

Do I need to have camping experience to attend?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. This experience is beginner friendly.  A great way to introduce yourself to the world of camping especially if you have any reservations.

Will food be provided?

No, food will not be provided. Please plan to bring your own meals, snacks, and drinks for the weekend.  There is a (shared) grill at our site that you are welcome to use.

What happens if it rains?

This is a rain-or-shine event. Nature can be unpredictable, but we'll adapt and keep things simple. Please bring weather appropriate gear just in case and keep an eye on the forecast. My fingers are crossed that we are blessed with 100% sunshine!

Is there cell service and wi-fi?

Yes, there is.  However, I encourage you to disconnect to let the magic unfold.

What is the set-up like?

We have a group site reserved that will accommodate tents and dry RV camping. Premium RV sites, equestrian sites, and yurt campers will be in the campground away from the group. I strongly suggest bringing a mode of transportation like a car or a bike to get around the campground.
