The Rewind story open mic + social
By The Rewind
Overview
The Rewind's bi-monthly open might nights is a low stakes space to try out new stories or see what other storytellers are cooking.
Join us for our last gathering of 2025!
The Rewind is a community of storytellers who gather monthly at DC Writer's Salon. Our open mic night is a low-stakes space to share a personal, true story (7min or less) in front of a supportive audience. Or just sit back and join the audience and see what some of DC's best storytellers are cooking.
Note: While we encourage you to pursue creative expression in all forms (poems, personal essays and journalistic pieces), our stage is for true personal stories about something that happened to you.
