This interactive two-part training equips caseworkers, violence prevention specialists, and street outreach workers with the knowledge and skills to facilitate restorative conversations effectively. Participants will explore the complete restorative process, from initial preparation to meaningful dialogue, using practical tools and evidence-based strategies.
