🛍️Curated pop-up market feautring local women owned wellness brands (think: skincare, supplements, healthy snacks, and more).

🧘🏽‍♀️Mini Sound Bath + Breathwork + Yoga Session -- to quite the mind, soften the body, and align with the lunar energy of release and reset.

Bring your journal, a yoga mat, your curiosity, and a friend-- or come solo and leave with a few. This is your sacred space to pause, reflect, and realign before the next chapter begins🌑

Dariana Salinas: a freelance yoga instructor who will be leading us in a 20 minute mini yoga session.

Cielo Stein: At Cielo Breathwork, our expert-guided sessions boost energy, improve sleep, strengthen immunity, and relieve stress. We support healing from PTSD, grief, and relationship challenges while enhancing focus and reducing anxiety for students, patients, and professionals. Our holistic approach nurtures your mind, body, and spirit for greater clarity, balance, and happiness.
