The RESET: a sound immersion experience

About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour 30 minutes

Where well-being and music meet, The RESET, with Davin Youngs, offers one-of-a-kind sound immersions with a uniquely modern twist. Togetherness is at the heart of this experience, beginning with exercises that draw participants into deep connection with themselves, each other and the space. At the center of The RESET is an electro-acoustic immersion in sounds. Something like an ambient concert where participants lie down, cozy in and invite restoration and healing for 60 to 75 minutes. Guided practices begin and end the experience, helping participants settle into their body and receive the maximum benefit. No experience is required.

Ages: This experience is recommended for individuals 12 and older.

Participants are asked to bring whatever they want to make the experience comfortable for them, such as a yoga mat or a portable chair, a blanket, a pillow, an eye mask, ear plugs (for those with more sensitve ears), etc.
