    Not at all. This experience is designed for everyone — especially beginners. You simply show up, get comfortable, and let the sound guide you. No special skills or spiritual background needed.

    What do I need to prepare or bring?

    All you need is a quiet space, a comfortable spot to lie down or recline (think couch or bed). Headphones are recommended to tune out background or household noise. Bonus: grab an eye mask or pillow to create your own little sanctuary!

    Will I be on camera or seen during the session?

    Nope — this is a private YouTube Live stream. You’ll see and hear Katie, but your camera won’t be on and you won’t be visible to others. Just relax and receive.

    What if I can’t stay for the full hour?

    No worries — all registered attendees will automatically receive the recording after the live event. You’ll have 7 days of access to watch (or rewatch) it whenever it best fits your schedule. Even a few minutes of sound healing can make a noticeable difference.
