A monthly guided somatic + breathwork journey every 2nd Wednesday, 12–1:15 PM MT, to release stress and reset your nervous system.

Your nervous system deserves more than survival mode.

The Regenerative Path Experience is a recurring monthly journey where we gather live on Zoom every 2nd Wednesday, 12:00–1:15 PM Mountain Time, to unwind stress, soften the body, and restore inner calm.

This is not a lecture or a class.
It’s an experiential nervous-system reset you can feel.

Come as you are, on your lunch break or from a quiet corner at home.
Leave lighter, clearer, and more grounded.


What You’ll Experience Each Month

Each 75-minute session blends:

Somatic Grounding
Gentle, accessible movements to release tension in the jaw, chest, diaphragm, neck, shoulders, and hips.
You can participate from a chair, sofa, or yoga mat.

Guided Breathwork Journey
A carefully paced breath sequence to calm the mind, move stuck emotion, and settle your nervous system.
This is safe, slow, and nourishing—no extreme techniques.

Energetic + Frequency Clearing
Subtle visualization, energy work, or sound/frequency elements to help clear heaviness and reconnect you to yourself.

Integration Ritual
A brief grounding practice at the end so you can return to your day regulated and present.

Every month has its own flavor based on season, collective energy, and what nervous systems are asking for—but the core intention is always the same:
regulate, release, restore.


How You Might Feel After

Participants often describe feeling:

Who This Is For

This series is ideal for adults who:

  • feel overwhelmed, anxious, or burned out
  • live in “go mode” and struggle to slow down
  • feel overstimulated, dysregulated, or disconnected from their body
  • are helpers, caregivers, clinicians, healers, or sensitives
  • want experience, not more information
  • need something consistent they can count on each month

You don’t need any prior experience with somatics or breathwork.
You don’t need to share or speak unless you want to.

What You’ll Need

  • A relatively quiet space (bedroom, office, car during lunch with camera off is fine)
  • Headphones (optional but helpful)
  • A chair, couch, or mat
  • Water, blanket, or eye pillow if you’d like extra comfort

Come as you are. Pajamas and messy hair are welcome.

Through Vital Explorations, Cameron helps overwhelmed, anxious, and burned-out humans restore their nervous systems using a blend of somatic healing, breathwork, energy work, and trauma-informed nervous-system education.
