What to Expect:

Join us for a morning movement class, a few health & wellness sessions to learn how to be your favorite version of yourself, enjoy experience stations with local businesses, lunch options + join us after at our second special location next door for some time by the pool!

💛 10:00am: Welcome in! Come find a spot to roll out your mat & get ready for an empowering day together!

🏋🏾‍♀️ 10:15am: Morning Movement with All Strength Nashville - 30 minute body weight workout to help you get moving for the day! (bring a yoga/pilates mat if you'd like!)

📚 10:45am: Meet n Greet! We'll kick off with a mini meet n greet + book Swap! (Bring a book you'd like to give away in hopes of finding one you'd love to take home or enjoy by the pool later in the day!!)

🌿 11:15am: Health Empowerment Speaker: Dr Kelsey Jordan - Learn how to approach inflammation in the body as well as how to live in tune with your cycle and use it to your advantage!

💖 11:45am: Empowerment Workshop: Face Yoga with Melissa of Chapman Wellness - Learn how small, intentional moments of self-care can lead to lasting transformation in your health & beauty routine!

✨ 12:15 - 12:30pm: Nervous System Regulation Mini Session with Awaken with Maria - Enjoy this 15 minutes of calm to relax and reset before we continue with our day together!

👯‍♀️ 12:30 - 2:00 pm: SOCIAL TIME! Enjoy lunch/snack options, visit experience stations with our amazing local business partners + hang with your new gal pals!

☀️ 2:00 - 4:00pm : You're invited to take a small walk by foot (or move your car) for our afternoon Pool Party! August is HOT in Nashville and we cannot wait to share some pool time with you! (NOTE: In the event of incelement weather, the pool session may be delayed or canceled. The majority of this event is INSIDE so if weather delays or cancels the pool portion of the event, no refunds will be given.)

As soon as you step through the doors of this beautiful building, you’re instantly transported back in time to the formative days of American automotive culture in the early 20th century. Once home to Marathon Motor Works, this reclaimed warehouse features exposed wood beams, brick and other rustic textures that provide a distinctive backdrop for a celebration of your special occasion!

The Beauty Boost is a community for women to feel healthy, empowered, and beautiful. We put in events throughout the year like socials, empowerment workshops, retreats, and fitness samplers.

This event is FREE for Year Pass Holders.

We do not offer refunds. If the event needs to be canceled due to weather, a rain date will be offered. See above.
