THE QUESTION OF ASIAN AUSTRALIANS & CLIMATE CHANGE - HOW RELEVANT IS IT?

As part of the post-events for Asian Australian Heritage Month (AAHM), the Asian Australian Alliance (AAA), Being Asian Australian (BEA), OCF (Our Common Future) and AAFCS (Asian Australians for Climate Change Solutions) have come together to assemble this awesome virtual event to answer the question of whether Asian Australians are and/or should be concerned about climate change.

As we see the unprecented changes in the weather in Australia and all over the world, discussions around climate change as an environmental emergency has and continues to happen.

In this unstable world and country, like all other people and Australians - Asian Australians have many concerns and pressures- including financial, housing affordability and many other issues and cncerns. Many of these issues and concerns are related to climate change - so its time to have the conversation as to how this issue is relevant to us and discuss what we can do as indiviuals to contribute to changing this.

We have assembled an awesome panel of speakers- moderated by AAA conveners Erin Chew and Kimberley Low.

Check out who our panelists are below!

Join us at this informative, casual and important virtual panel We look forward to seeing you all there!
