Alain Aspect is a leading French physicist whose groundbreaking experiments on quantum entanglement have transformed our understanding of the quantum world. His research showed that quantum mechanics doesn’t play by the rules of classical physics, challenging even Einstein's ideas about reality. In 2022, he was awarded the Nobel Prize in Physics for his pioneering research with entangled photons, which has opened the door to advances in quantum technology.
