Yes, of course, Just be aware that much of the content will be for travllers to Japan. But it will also cover general topics like food, numbers, greetings, places in a town etc .

Of course. This is your lesson. the teacher has a lot of experience and will do her best to accommodate.

Yes and no. There will be initial input by the teacher. Then,  there will an emphasis on student talk time. This will give you the best opportunity to practice what you learn while the teacher monitors and corrects where necessary.
