Overview
Who’s leading this thing?
Me. Chris Leston.
Certified Firewalk Facilitator and Empowerment Advisor.
Continuously sober since 2006. Working in the treatment field since 2011.
What’s a firewalk?
Firewalking isn’t new. It’s been used for centuries across cultures as a transformational ceremony - a rite of passage for breaking through mental barriers.
You walk barefoot across burning coals.
Not as a trick. Not as a stunt.
As a ceremony.
Why it works:
Your brain tells you: “This will destroy me.”
You do it anyway.
You walk across.
And you realize: The thing you thought was impossible… wasn’t.
That’s the reset.
When you can walk through fire, the other fears in your life start looking smaller.
Suddenly the impossible things don’t seem so impossible anymore.
