Women in Theatre presents: “The Power of Movement” with Jalymar Salomón

Women in Theatre, founded by Simbios Art Corp in collaboration with the Koubek Center, invites you to the workshop "The Power of Movement", led by Jalymar Salomon.

More than a dance class, this workshop offers a safe space to move your body and let emotions flow through it. The goal is to work on conscious breathing and intentional movement to help regulate emotions.
