Luckily, we can cultivate inner and outer resources that can help silence our inner critics, and support us in creating real change in our lives. These “inner allies” are your internal support team that provide guidance along life’s path.

During this workshop, you will get in tune with not only what is holding you back, but more importantly, tap into your own resilience and strength.

The workshop will explore how to:

• Build, explore and embody your inner ally “dream team.”

• Identify some limiting beliefs holding you back in life.

• Learn specific techniques to view your current challenges from different perspectives so that you can move towards the best version of yourself.

The workshop will include experiential exercises, journaling, and some group sharing. Please bring a journal, if you have one.
